All SMOKO orders are sent via Royal Mail. Please allow for 2 – 4 days for deliveries within the UK and 7-14 days for International shipments.
At SMOKO, we want you to love your purchase and all your interactions with us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase within 14 days for a refund if unopened or faulty (as SMOKO is a consumable item we cannot take back any used items or unopened e-liquids).
We advise that you return to the place of purchase with the relevant receipt, but if you cannot do so please call us on 0800 772 0234 or +44 (0) 7972 197350 to explain the issue. If the item needs to be replaced please send it to the below address.

Please note: We highly recommend goods are sent by via recorded delivery. Unfortunately, we are only able to accept returns made within the United Kingdom and postage will be paid by the sender.
